question for everyone

I tried downloading your Kazaabegone program to remove Kazaa since it is stuck on my comp and I cannot get it off. And when it unzipped and I tried to run the removal program, it said that one or more files were not unzipped and to download and try again. I did it 6 more times and every time it was the same. How can I get a GOOD running functional kazaabegone program?? if I am not contacted by email that I have a response, please respond to this address please

I have uploaded for you an updated version of this utility. Download the the file from HERE. Once you have opened the download page, click on FREE button towards the buttom right, on the next page scroll all the way down and enter the 3 characters into the box to begin download. Extract the contents and run the utility. If you have Kazaa chances are you have some other malware related items so I would recommend a general cleanup to confirm your clean.

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
