Is there a App that can read how many watts a computer can draw.

I know there are watt meters you can plug into the outlet and into the comptuer that shows how much you are using.

But was wondering if there is a real app that is free.

I know that a lot of newer BIOS can do this but i wanted some thing on the desktop.

    What It Does

HWMonitor tracks essential data points like:
    ● CPU and GPU temperatures
    ● Fan speeds
    ● System voltages (CPU core, RAM, 12V/5V rails)
    ● Battery status for laptops
    ● Power consumption (on supported chips) <-------- Maybe?
    ● It's especially useful when you're stress-testing your PC, benchmarking games, overclocking, or troubleshooting overheating issues. Think of it as a dashboard for your hardware's vital signs.
