Questionable login file? What is this doing?

I have a beginners questions. I have this unusual log in information...what is this?

What is happening here?

I am using a broweser with encryption-Google chrome
here is an example as I go to my bank site columbia credit union.

Is this normal, do I have a problem?
Is this malware?
