Questions about my ROM

I have an LG GSA-H31N im trying to burn a dual layer dvd. everytime i try it says at the end process failed. it will burn regular dvd r. I dont know if my Rom does burn DL but it seems like it should looking at some of the specs online. im using memorex DVD+RDL to burn. Im also using DVD Fab6 as my burning program.

Have you ever been able to burn a DL layer disk? Either by itself, or using DVD Fab6? Also, Do you have the latest updates for your Dual Layer DVD? It could be possible that your DVD burner does not support the Memorex DVD's that you have, also try different DVDs... I seen sometimes that certain burners will only like certain DVD's.
