Quick question -- what is isetup.cab?

Hi. Great site!

I have no problems, just a quick question, I can't find an answer on-line. hijack this shows this 016 entry (edited for brevity):

(InstallShield International Setup Player) - http://www.installengine.com/engine/isetup.cab

I've seen it in lots of posted logs and some sites say get rid of it and others ignore it. I found one posting where it seemed to somehow have something to do with creating a One-click install (?something like that, sorry's it's waaaay past bedtime).

Can you tell me what this thing is?
