basically my sister has a virus on her pc - it is telling her its a vundo
i have been reading through previous threads on how to solve ect but she is worried about actually going online on her computer incase the virus can transfer her bank details and other personal details!!!

She should be okay to come here so we can work on the fix.

Make sure you start by first running the two items below in safe mode while disconnected from the internet (so download them first, and boot to safe mode with you internet connection physically unplugged and then run them - then come back and report the results).

    Symantec Trojan.Vundo Removal Tool
    Trojan.Vundo.B Removal Tool
