Quickaccess Popup - Spotty Performance

Hi! I've been having issues with QuickAccess Popup: sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I have a short-cut to it on my desktop and, when it stops working, double-click it several times. This doesn't always work. I am able to navigate the hard drive without it but forgot where I put something. I tried the Win10/64 search feature to search for a file that would be in the location, but it was taking too long, so I quit. I have also been getting spotty performance from the internet--sometimes I get a No Internet error, but rebooting usually solves the issue--and my keyboard--sometimes, certain keys don't work, and I have to keep trying the keys until they work.
