Quickbooks issue

I am a student running a trial version of Quickbooks Pro 2009. I have had some issues with my pc lately, and I have ran avg and spybot several time and now it says its clean and things are running at the speed they are supposed to. But when I try to save a portable file of my quickbooks, it says:
"You may not have sufficient permission to create a portable company file from this computer. Please try creating the portable company file from the server: LisasPC-PC"
My pc is named Lisa's PC, but I don't know how to try to access what it is saying. Also I have created a portable file without a problem. Any help would be appreciated very much!!!

Also, from your description you could have malware lurking. I would do the Read & Run Me in the link below to make sure your PC is clean, AVG and Spybot don't catch everything...
