quite a few problems

It first started a few days ago when my sister told me the pc had crashed.The icons and toolbar had all dissapeared off the desktop the cursor was still moving but other than that,no response.In the end we resorted to turning it off at the wall.Since putting it back on the user accounts take ages to load up then there are no icons or taskbar as before for the first 20 minutes or so then the pc starts to run but very slowly at first.Then a window kept popping up saying:
"Zonealarm is initializing.This window will close when ZA initialises.Press cancel to shut ZA down."
It stayed there and I wasn't able to do anything else until I cancelled ZA.I then tried to uninstall ZA as I thought it might be the cause of the problems and got this message:
"Truevector monitor was not uninstalled other software is using it."
I since thought I had got rid of ZA and downloaded ashampoo firewall but think the truevector thing might still be about.
Next I found that when I tried to open a folder or control panel or add/remove programs I got this error message:
"rundll32.exe-application error the application failed to initialize properly.(0xc0000142)"
Next I ran a counterspy scan to see if that would help it found something called Hot Kiss porn dialer which it removed.
This didn't solve the extremely slow startup problems.Then I came to do the Read and run me here. Unfortunately at first when trying to download things I kept getting the erorr message:"not a valid Win32 application"
Eventually I think I got through the steps successfully except when it came to running the Panda scan as by this time in the process another problem had started which was that even though the pc was still connected to the internet it suddenly stops loading any pages after a while.This happened at the end of the panda scan which showed 49 spyware problems but then when I clicked to view the report or to disinfect the following page would not load and a window popped up saying that panda could not continue unless it was connected to the internet.The pc said it was still connected.I tried disconnecting and connecting again etc but that didn't help and I've found that the only way to get the pages loading again after it stops loading them now is to reboot.
Apologies for the massive post I've tried to keep it as brief and clear as possible.I'll attach what posts I have and would greatly appreciate any help.

Hello and thankyou for your help.I have done all that you have said and will attach the logs.The problem I am still having is that after 15-20 minutes of the pc coming on no pages will load up even though the pc maintains that I am connected to the net.Even to send this I have had to reboot as this happened before I sent this after performing the tasks you recomended,

Just in case I'm not being clear as after reading it back it seems a bit garbled.I now log in and the pc runs ok but after 20 mintes or so it stops loading up any pages on the net.For instance the time I had after turning on the pc and logging in to use the net 'ran out',so to speak,before I sent this message that so I had to save it in a notepad file and reboot so i could recconect to the net then paste this from notepad into the message here before I run out of time again.Hope this makes sense,having a bit of hard time explaining myself ,thanks for reading,

I thought zonealarm was gone but that file is there in the program files,would deleting the file get rid of it? as zonealarm does not come up in the add/remove programs and there are no other signs of zonealarm running.I did try turning Ashampoo FireWall off but I'm still having the same problem.I'll try posting in another section,thankyou for your advice
