R0 entry in Hijackthis

Does anyone know why i keep getting the following entry in Hijackthis even after i fix it:

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =

Should i be fixing it. Where does it come from?

 

Those are legit in some cases, if you have 2 or 3 they are legit entries.

 

I get one or two entries?

 

If nothing follows the = they are legit.

 

ok, its just that i was told to fix these entries last time.

 

When I do cleanings I usually remove them just in case. If they come back they are legit. If there is nothing following the = they are legit and sometimes are if there is something after the =.
