Radeon 7500, restarts my computer

I reinstalled windows XP SP1a on my computer with a Radeon 7500 video card.
Everytime it gets to the part where it checks the monitor, it dies.
So, I put in another video card. It works.
I go on installing everything.
Then, I took the good video card out and put the Radeon 7500 back in.
I start the computer.
When it gets into windows and detects my video card, it restarts by itself. It keeps on doing that non-stop.
So I went into safe mode and installed the driver for the video card.
Now, it keeps restarting when it hits the windows "loading" screen (the screen with a big windows logo and a bar below that moves).
Now, what do it do???

 

What drivers did you install for it, the ones on the cd or another off a site such as driver guide?

 

I installed the one from the CD.
The one off the site doesn't work (I have tried it before.)

 

Use this program,follow the instructions in the readme,then install the latest catalyst drivers from ati.
