I want to do a RAID 1 on my comp and would like to know who makes a good, easy to install, cheap PCI RAID card.

Yeah it's not a problem of finding any old RAID card but finding a good one. I bought one, tried (which included doing everything tech support said to do) for like a month to get the thing installed, got fed up, and am currently in the process of sending it back. The brand is Connectivity Solutions.

 

Oh by the way it needs to be compatible with ATA 100

 

This is the one that I have. It has been working great for a year and a half now. ATA 133. It does RAID 0, 1 and 0+1. And it looks like you have nearly the same computer as me.
