Rainmeter help

Hey guys, i downloaded rainmeter last night and have set it all up great and what ive got is working perfectly. I just want to edit some things and have no idea how to do it. I installed the applauncher (http://customize.org/rainmeter/skins/58776) and have set it up to reach almost all my needs, 1st question is does anyone know how to link the recycle bin to the list? And the second is that i've downloaded the reflections icons(http://styrizo.deviantart.com/art/Reflections-DOCK-63898044) and was wondering if i could set up the list in AppLauncher using these icons, im pretty sure i've seen people do this and was wondering if anyone knew how to do it?

 

For those of you who are wondering (like I was) Rainmeter is a system resource meter that watches RAM/CPU usage, HD usage, etc.... available as freeware here:

Unfortunarely, I can't really offer much help I just provided the above info to help clarify this for others, however, there is a help page for Rainmeter (though it looks fairly limited) here: http://customize.org/rainmeter/help and I went to the Rainmeter home page which gave me a 404 NOT FOUND error but did have a link; the link has nothing except the download for Rainmeter (and another 'Rainy' app called Rainlender, a calender thingy).
Sorry this wasn't of more use.....
