What do these codes mean on the side of the RAM cards?

Do I need to worry about compatiability when selecting additional RAM to add to my board?

I've heard of a website where I can go to look up information about my computer such as max ram it can handle, etc... advice on which websites can provide this kind of info with my Brand, Model details?

Thanks for any input you can provide!

CL2 / CL3 is to do with CAS latency of the RAM
The lower the number the better
Low latency RAM is important for Overclocking
CAS stands for Column Access Strobe or Select
