OK, Doby, I ran Prime again last night with FSB 166 and DDR 166. It ran all night and was still running fine when I woke up. It gave me crap when I tried to turn it off...(basically had to restart my comp to make things work, I don't guess this has anything to do with anything, it's probably just the messed up part messing up again.)

I also found while in BIOS that my CPU voltage was too high. I turned that down just so I wouldn't be throwing too much voltage through the processor. Where should I go from here? ATM, I'm going to find the mobo CD and do the original drivers.

OK, I installed the drivers from the CD, which were apparently the same ones that I downloaded. Thanks for all your help! I know I'm starting to get annoying, but I want to get this fixed, lol!

Its ok you are not annoying at all, we all learn from this. Nothing in hardeware trouble shooting is absolute you test, test and test then based on what you find you make a educated guess unless of course you swap parts. With that said here's what I recommend and why.

Purchase new ram ddr 400/pc3200, if you go dual channel the ram I showed icu69 is good if you don't plan to overclock. Why? The biggest reason is because sooner or later you will have to purchase new ram to make your system run to its full potential. The second reason is when the cpu was at 200fsb and the ram clock was at 166 prime failed maybe because of not being in sync. But with a fsb of 166 and ram clock of 166 prime kept running. If you do buy dual channel check you manual as to what slots to run it in and run memtest on it.

If the above would not fix the problem then I think it could be (remember educated guess) the memory controller /buss on the mobo and time to consider a rma if the manufactuer will understand your problem and not send the board back saying there is nothing wrong because of non-through testing on their part.

You could also wait for more recommendations and input or start another thread. Let me know your thoughts

OK, I kinda feel like this may be a stupid solution, but I'm pretty sure my HDD is ATA 100! (I just figured this out a few days ago...) I'm not positive, but I think most HDD's are ATA 133 now, correct? If my bro's is ATA 133 and I know he has an 8 mb cache on it(mine has 2mb), could this be the factor of my slow load times? It seems too easy to me, though. What program could I use to find out what ATA his hard drive is? I can see mine when it boots up, but his is SO much faster than mine it goes straight from beginning screen to XP loading.

Edit-I just looked on NewEgg, seems Western Digital IDE drives are ATA 100.
