Ramnit.I, Am I Safe Yet?

I've got my computer attacked by Ramnit.I, the infected files were coming from a flash disk. I however did notice it pretty quickly and commenced a scan on the flash drive. There were indeed Ramnit.I and Ramnit.B, and Avira did its job. Being paranoid, I commenced another full scan and noticed that the MSE copied the worm to the LocalCopy. I permanently deleted the folder manually, but that isn't enough to make me relaxed. Therefore I ran the ESET scanner.

The ESET scanner told me that there were no threats found. Does this mean I went away safely or I still need to suspect my system? Given that I have not reboot yet since the attack.

    Thank you for your attention.
