Ran all of the Read Me First--still problems

I did ALL the steps from the Read Me First section. It seemed to take care of them yesterday, but the malware is back this morning. Everything downloaded and ran fine. The malware is one of those nasty "You're computer is infected, let us run our anti-virus program" ones. Since running all of the programs, when I restart the computer, I get the following message that I didn't have before: Could not load target dll (C:/Program Files/Backweb/BackWeb Client/6.3.2.62/Program/Backweb.dll", error code 126)

I'm attaching all the logs you have requested.

Still need the C:\MGlogs.zip.

Please put ComboFix directly on your desktop, not here:
Running from: C:\ComboFix.exe

Let's also have you run this:

* Please download TDSSKiller to your Desktop
* Extract its contents to your Desktop so that you have TDSSKiller.exe directly on your Desktop and not in any subfolder of the Desktop.
* Click Start > Run and copy/paste the following bold command into Run box and hit Enter.

"%userprofile%\Desktop\TDSSKiller.exe" -v

* Follow the instructions to type in "delete" when it asks you what to do when if finds something.
* When done, a log file should be created on your C: drive named something like TDSSKiller.2.1.1_27.12.2009_14.17.04_log.txt which is based on the program version # and date and time run. Please attach this log to your next reply.
