Ran into some malware, trojans and the like

I've been doing my best to clean it up periodically while I'm off work but I haven't had time to look into it till now.

List of what I've seen on my computer.

Windows/system32 contained the following:

wuauclt.exe
csrss.exe
splwow64.exe
Sirefef.j
I've monitored the startup using StartupCPL, checked the MBR using MBRcheck, ran Tdsskiller, Malwarebytes, and Microsoft Security Essentials. They detect it when it returns but so far it just keeps coming back. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
