Ran Malwarebytes, now cant connect to websites

    Hello. I ran malwarebytes anti malware. It found some issues which I cleared and restarted my computer. Now it says cant connect to proxy. Internet is connected. Can use phone but can get on any sites. Tried downloading combofix and dragiing onto my computer but wouldnt run. Said wont work with windows 2000 even though I am running windows 8. Please help. Thank you.

    Maybe not the smartest move but need to do work on my pc, I ran a system restore. Internet is back. Anything I should download/run to make sure it doesnt go back again?
