Ran Read and Run Me First

    Did not run ComboFix or RootRepeal because I'm not sure if I'm 64 bit or not. Attached are the other logs. Am I clean? Still having trouble with Windows Explorer locking up.

    Not sure what you mean by this. You will have to provide exact details and also whether you are getting any error messages, BSODs......etc. Most frequently these are Windows problems not malware.

    No you are not running a 64 bit system.

    You are also extremely out of date with SUPERAntiSpyware. You need to uninstall, reboot, and install the current version given in the READ & RUN ME. Make sure you also update to current definitions during the installation.

    Only minor annoyances were detected in the scans you ran thus far. The biggest problem see in your logs is that you have no antivirus, no antispyware and no real firewall protection installed.

    Okay we will check further when you attach the new SAS log and also report on your BSODs which may be an issue to post in the Software Forum.
