I ran read and run. WEll, for some reason, I couldn't run SAS or Malwarebytes. I did run combofix, RootRepeal and MBTools though and will attach the logs. My computer is running VERY slow. Even starting Internet Explorer seems to take forever. However, since I logged on here, it seems to be running faster. Strange. Any help you may give me will be greatly appreciated.

Your logs are clean. You are not having malware problems and should post in the Software Forum for further help. Perhaps your issue could be related to too little free disk space on your Windows boot drive. Your log shows the below
    Code:
    Item Value
    Drive C:
    Description Local Fixed Disk
    Compressed No
    File System FAT32
    Size 26.27 GB (28,207,136,768 bytes)
Free Space 3.48 GB (3,732,520,960 bytes)
    Volume Name ACER
    Volume Serial Number 156813FD

As free space gets smaller, it will slow your PC down a lot.

Also Outpost has been know to cause problems for some people.

In addition, with Avira and Outpost running, I suggest that you uninstall Windows Defender.

Also remove some of your many unnecessary startup programs.

Also remove some if not all of the Toolbars (Acrobat, Google, MSN, Yahoo)!!!!

Since you are not having malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware. Unless you purchase them, they provide no protection. They do not use any significant amount of resources ( except a little disk space ) until you run a scan.
    2. If we had you use ComboFix, uninstall ComboFix (This uninstall will only work as written if you installed ComboFix on your Desktop like we requested.)
      • Click START then RUN and enter the below into the run box and then click OK. Note the quotes are required
      • "%userprofile%\Desktop\combofix" /uninstall
        • Notes: The space between the combofix" and the /uninstall, it must be there.
        • This will uninstall ComboFix and also reset hidden files and folders settings back to Windows defaults.
    3. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    4. If we had you download any registry patches like fixme.reg or fixWLK.reg (or any others), you can delete these files now.
    5. If running Vista, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    6. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis.
    7. Goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    8. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
