   Please follow ALL steps in the sticky thread starting from the begining!
   
   Note Teatimer would also not be running if you had followed the sticky thread. But SDhelper from Spybot would be.
   
   At a minimum you have not run:
   Microsoft Windows Defender
   or any of step 6 which also requires logs to be attached.
   
   Did you skip anything else? It only hurts you, not us, when steps are skipped. Part of your problem is WareOut infection.
