Ran steps 1-7 on READ & RUN ME FIRST, now what to do?

    I will attach my 6 logs, please let me know what I must do now, if i have to do system restore or not, thank you so much.

    there have been no pop ups or alerts of spyware on my comp since i finished the process, just to clarify that

    Please use add/remove programs to uninstall the following:
    J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 1
    J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 11
    Viewpoint Manager (Remove Only)
    Viewpoint Media Player

    Reboot and install:
    Java Runtime 6

    Please copy the bold text below to notepad. Save it as fixME.reg to your desktop. Be sure the "Save as" type is set to "all files" Once you have saved it double click it and allow it to merge with the registry.

    Run HijackThis and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:

    O4 - Startup: LimeWire On Startup.lnk = C:\Program Files\LimeWire\LimeWire.exe
    O9 - Extra button: EmpirePoker - {77E68763-4284-41d6-B7E7-B6E1F053A9E7} - C:\Program Files\EmpirePoker\EmpirePoker.exe (file missing) G
    O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: EmpirePoker - {77E68763-4284-41d6-B7E7-B6E1F053A9E7} - C:\Program Files\EmpirePoker\EmpirePoker.exe (file missing)
    O9 - Extra button: PartyPoker.com - {B7FE5D70-9AA2-40F1-9C6B-12A255F085E1} - C:\Program Files\PartyGaming\PartyPoker\RunApp.exe (file missing) G
    O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: PartyPoker.com - {B7FE5D70-9AA2-40F1-9C6B-12A255F085E1} - C:\Program Files\PartyGaming\PartyPoker\RunApp.exe (file missing)

    Now attach new logs for:

    * GetRunKey - please download the current version first!
    * ShowNew
    * HJT

    Be sure to tell us how things are running.
