ran the read me first software...hv issues

    Ran read me first ...still hv issues Malwarebytes found nothing and MGTools failed to run..attached file

    Please do not rename any of the log files. The log from MGtools should be MGlogs.zip and nothing else.

    Did you disable UAC and reboot afterwards? Did you use Right Click And Run As Administrator since you have Window 8? Did you have protection software shutdown?

    What malware problems are you having?

    Do you know what the below is?
