Hi guys so I am still having problems I ran the read me and run first thread.

Now when I start up in playing safemode it works fine.

When I Start up in "Safe Mode with Networking" the "Your system has encountered for a Critical error and will restart in one minute please save any files"

Also I cannot log in "Normal mode" without the same window coming up.

I will attach my logs in the next few minutes.

Now you may ask why this is important for me to fix, I work as a DJ and all of my Music and Production applications are on this computer and I have a show on fourth of July.

Ill post the logs up right now.

I just started my computer up and now The sign is coming on in Safemode as well.

I dont even get a chance to copy the logs.

If i log on as guest it does now show up.

But a window saying HP Advisor is trying to run but is not able to run on a Non administrator account

Is it possible to retrieve the logs from the admin account if i turn the guest into a Administrator?

    Welcome to Major Geeks!
Why did you run the READ & RUN ME to begin with? Was this problem already present and was it the reason you started the cleaning process.

Should not have delayed. You should have posted them immediately. You never know when things will get worse .... like they did. ;)

You did not even mention what version of Windows you are running.

Sign ???? Are you referring to the critical error message mentioned in message # 1 or are you referring to something different.

If you are not already logged into an admin account, you cannot take such an action to change the permissions of anything.

However the MGlogs.zip file is always available from any account since it is in the C:\ folder.
