Ran W.D.O and now pc won't start

Hi, Im having the same problem as posted in this thread and need a little help please:

A bit more info. The pc I'm trying to fix is running Windows 7 64 bit 4gb ram. PC was running slow so I ran ccleaner to remove temp files, Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10.0, Malwarebytes, SUPERAntiSpyware, and AdwCleaner which all removed several items.

After scanning with MSE it warned of alureon rootkit, and then Windows Defender Offline was used to render the pc useless

 

I successfully booted back into Windows.

I used the READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide and found and removed a few items. I didn't have a network connection after all of this but after running sfc /scannow from an elevated command prompt everything is back in order. All scans are clean ....... woohoo :cool
