Hi there, I'll start out by saying I'm not really tech savvy. I was updating my desktop last night and was instructed by Microsoft to use Windows Defender Offline to remove the alureon Trojan. I did just that and now my computer will not start. After Googling the problem I see that this is a rather common occurrence. I would appreciate any help that I can get. I am using Windows 7 / 64 bit.
