Random Bluescreen shutdowns

Hi , I have just recently bought a new computer from tescos and have been having totally random Bluescreen shutdown and restarts ,when the comp restarts it tells me its a problem with my antivirus software ....which I find a bit strange as it was already installed .

After further investigation I have found that the antivirus software is having problems with my cable modem ( Webstar Scientific Atlanta DPX100 Series ) and I need to update my Drivers for it .

Please could someone help me as I dont know how to do this .
