Random disconnects in RF Online

Hello everyone long time no see I hope everyone is good.

I'm playing RF Online which is a F2P (Free to Play) MMORPG set in a futuristic universe. It blends traditional fantasy elements with sci fi elements and creates a very good and unique play experience. Heres my problem. I've been playing RF Online for a while now and I am experiencing random disconnects. Thet are sudden, without warning. The game will CTD with a "Critical Error: If you continue to experience this problem please contact RF Online, would you like to do so now." If I sit there and don't move my character it seems to stay online but if I go hunting or questing it drops me after a minute or two. I have tried everything I even updated my network adapter drivers to the latest version I found on the internet and it still happens. I want to fix this problem so what is the first thing I need to do? I believe it's the server as it didn't start till the latest EP 2 patch came out. I also think it may have something to do with one of the hops on the way to the server.

I also have the same problem with WoW it'll say "Disconnected from Server" and drop me back out to the login screen.

Back to RF I have the following config sorry if info is a little sparse on a few items but I bought this PC from tiger direct, I didn't build it.

First how do I go about diagnosing the hops between me and the RF server what programs do I need? Also how do I eliminate my PC as the cause. I have almost a dozen+ other MMORPGs on this computer that connect to the internet and WoW and RF Online are the only trouble makers so far. I realize MajorGeeks didn't develope either game but Codemasters isn't doing anything and I don't want to wait till the end of the year for the next Gigas update and hope they do then. And I play WoW on a private server so I can't ask Blizzard I really just want to fix RF because if I can find out the cause of the problem there chances are the same is happening to WoW. The WoW server forums are offline and I have no idea when their coming back.
