random viral troubles

Hello,

Thank you so much for any help you are able to provide. Yesterday I ran the recommended cleaning procedure, and felt that things were better, but today certain problems are solved while others persist along with other new issues.
It is all very nonspecific stuff, most troubling is that my system resource is running very high 60-90%, also get some issues with IE pop-ups even though i dont use IE. Also every time i shut down my computer i get this box that the OSA9.exe wont close.

I was hoping someone could glance at my log files and offer some much needed advice.

oops i thought i had uploaded those two in my first post.
BTW since my last post, i posted my HJT log at help2go they said i had the virut virus and that i should format...do you agree?

No I don't agree. But you need to either work in this thread or stay with them. It is a waste of either their or my time.
