Randomly Restarts

i just tried, when i clicked sensor it was blank, well not regular white blank but like tan blank beige blank

 

yeh will, when the guy puts it in he will clean it for me, i just hope nothing big happens in the mean time, when i buy the card

 

Well maybe an easier idea would be to try to vacumn out the vents where the fans are. They may give just enough leway to get you cooling working good enough to cool the system effectively. But in the meantime if that does not help and you need to use the computer, just do what has to be done on it and thats it, dont do anything that strains your system as this will cause it to heat up, no gameing as this is one example of strenuous system activity. Also dont let your computer run overnight and stuff like that. And finally, dont run it for a long period of time. But if your system effectively cools again when you clean the vents still get it cleaned when the graphics chip is installed. Just use it lightly until the system is cleaned out and dont let it run too long. Let us know if vent cleaning helps though.

thanx for the advice, and the gaming wont be a problem since i havnt played one do to the restarting problem in a while lol, ill be sure to try the vacume thing in the meantime, thanx for everything, and the guy thats going to put the card in, he has some huge air machine thing he cleans the computer with which he will finish what the vacume missed so thanx for your help and the advice

Hey Valic we have the same problem using EVEREST on my girlfirends comp. Note PC w a version of ME in Japanese for the OS. So not quite sure why we cant display sensor info but pulled apart the other day and none present on heatsink or CPU (so this an obvious part of the prob.).
