I'm not sure that we will be able to help you with this as these encryption schemes have become smarter and smarter over the last year or two. How important is the data that is on this PC to you? Is it worth $300 dollars? Do you really trust that a criminal would really decode all your files for you after you pay them? Do you trust them with your data???? While they have encrypted your files that are on your PC, they more than likely do not have any of the files in their possession.

You can attempt using the below programs to see if they can help, but there is a chance that they will not and if the criminal's software is really checking for attempts to decrypt, it is possible they may erase the files.
