rat?

Last night, I left my computer on with no programs running and went into another room. After several hours I could hear sounds coming from the computer. When looked, the internet was open, a few programs from my taskbar were open (jetbrains webstorm and intellij), my power settings were open, the volume control was open and my antivirus was disabled. I closed the applications and looked at my browser history. Google was opened and somebody had searched for "funny or die" and starting playing a bunch of viral videos. Upon further inspection, I noticed a couple programs were deleted from my taskbar and I couldn't access most of my programs from the win 8.1 start screen.

I ran the read and run me first. (twice) I deleted a couple items that hitman detected. The MGtools crashed the 2nd and 3rd time I tried to run. I still cannot access my apps from the win 8 start screen. I attached the logs.

I'm not against wiping this system clean if needed/easier. I'm going to install a ssd and need to clone the os anyway in a few days.
