Not looking to play top end games but tinker around with some, definatley not a graphics person so no issue playing on lower setting.

Not quite sure the mobo, or the exact type of ram other then ddr3, so any inpout i appriciated,

Overpaying slightly and I know it, at 1085. Credit is shits and doing it to start to rebuild it. Probably could get a better deal paying cash but its more about the credit then the laptop.

 

I always tell my clients looking for a new notebook PC to do some online homework about the specific models they're considering.

Sites such as www.zdnet.com offer general info. User reviews on sites such as NewEgg and Amazon give post-purchase feedback - the main things to look for here are multiple users reporting the same problems.

This being said, Toshiba is usually one of the better brands in notebooks. Unless you catch major red flags in the reviews you should be safe.
