Rather unfortunate corruption

So I have managed to aquire a virus which is just super awesome.I'll list the symptoms:

Firefox/I.E. will not open

Microsoft Security essentials/AVG will not run

All responce time is severly delayed

Computer randomly opens I.E. pages (This is the only way that I can get I.E. to
open, firefox not at all. ) The only thing I can do with them is close them.

Computer randomly plays audio clips of ads such as febreeze, future shop, random crap ect. yet when I go to close the page that's playing the ad, I notice that there is no page. The ad is playing all by itself, or so it would seem. (I realise that that is impossible but there is no page to close in order to stop the ad.)

That's about the gist of it. Any advice anyone could give me would be much appreciated.
