Razer Seiren Mic Not Recognized By Pc

Hi there I'm having an issue I can't seem to figure out on my own and Razer support was 0 help as well.

Upon plugging in my Mic to the usb port I get an error saying "The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and windows cannot recognize it" also in device manager is a message that says "Unknown USB device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)"

I have used windows troubleshoot I have tried uninstalling drivers and installing drivers to no avail. It was working perfectly fine days ago. I unplugged it to plug in a gaming controller to play some steam games and then a few days later plugged it back in to these errors.

in device manager, you can delete that device, reboot, and see if windows can find it correctly.
upon rebooting, windows should "find new device" and install the correct drivers.
if windows finds nothing, plug the mic back in and see what happens.

Tried this and it did not help. I have exhausted all efforts at the moment. I even reset the PC reinstalled windows and it's giving me the same error. Nothing I do within the device manager is working. I am going to try using it on a diff computer but since I only have this single PC I will have to wait until I can visit a friend to troubleshoot.
