RazeSpyware malware

Hi

The wallpaper on my computer has been taken over. It is now bright red and has an advert for 'RazeSpyware'in the middle of the screen.
I have tried everything on the read me file.

I have attached my hijackthis log.

I would be very grateful if someone could help. Thank!

Welcome to MGs.

You may have a few problems. One of them is definitely a WareOut infection. However you must follow our standard cleaning procedures in order for us to fix these problems. Make sure you follow the steps exactly and get HJT installed properly too. Then we will be able to address the Wareout problem.

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:
