Razr Cellphone

Hey y'all -
I just got a RAZR cellphone (cuz im a PIMP like that)

I would like to know if its possible to take an MP3 from my computer, and download it to the phone. I would like to take a 15 second segment or so of an existing MP3 on my computer for use as a ring tone.
If this is possible, i would need to know how to :

1) save a 15 second segment of an MP3 as a separate file
and
2) download it to my phone.

the phone does have a USB port.

Can anyone help out with this ?

Im not sure i wanna pay that.
Arent there any FREE alternatives ?
I dont care about the other features .. I just wanna have custom ring tones.

 

You can tell this is a "guy" thread........anyone thought about reading the instruction booklet?

I know it was very comprehensive with my MPX200 and showed me how to do pretty much everything.

I don't own a Razor phone but use Verizon and create my own mp3 ringtones with a data link cable (Ebay), Wavepad Mp3 Editor Program, and access my phone with a program called QPST....

It may, but QPST was software developed by Qualcomm for Qualcomm phones, so it's probably not legal.....

Doesn't the Motorola Razr support iTunes? They make a huge deal of it in the commercials. Meh.
