Re: Double Checking 2nd PC

    HI there

    Sorry for the delay, but I was actually out of my office for a while and could not get to my work computer. Anyway, this was the computer that originally had the virus on it, and I've had more problems cleaning this one. I was not able to run combofix (I tried 3 times, and it froze each time). In addition to this, I'm now not able to use internet following the cleaning (it continually reads "network cable unplugged", so I don't even have the option to repair the connection, and I'm not near a wireless router so I can't go that route).

    I've attached the logs, but could use some help with this if possible...thanks again!

    You should have posted this in a new thread. New PC = New Thread. Also it is 17 days since your previous posts which would be long enough to start a new thread even on the previous PC.

    You forgot to attach the MGlogs.zip file again!!!


    See if the below is the reason for your internet connection issues:

    Proxy Server - Changing Settings

    If that does not help, then power down all network equipment ( modems, routers, PCs). Then power back up in a couple minutes.
