I have been followng your removal of Malware guide and I am at the point of installing SUPERAntiSpyware.exe. You mentioned that I may get the message "SuperAntiSpyware.exe is not a valid Win32 application" which I did.
You said to rename it to SAS.exe and it should run. However, no matter what I name it to it will not run the program. I do not want to skip this so I am stuck at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you boot into safe mode and install it? Tap f8 on boot, choose safe mode, let us know.

would it be a terrible idea to skip this step? or are there any other ways to make this program run, I do have another computer on the network that works fine.

ok I got it working by running the Malwarebytes program first, I think that eliminated enough that it allowed SAS to install.
you can close the thread. thnx

It would be a good idea to finish the cleaning procedure and attach the 4 logs to be checked out to make sure you are clean.
