Whan I first got my computer it came with "Compaq System Recovery" Disks. There are 7 (700mg) CD's. The last time I used them I had a problem with on of the disks and I want to avoid it the next time. There were files that could not be read and I had to "Ignore and continue"

My question is I want to take those 7 CDs and put them on 1 DVD or 1 DVD R DL.
I have been reading and I have found 100 places with a 100 different ways to do it. Can I do it from (D) partition (see pic) or straight from C:/i386 Folder?
There is probably no easy way but thats what I am after.
    Runnng windows XP (Home) SP3
Hard Drive is 1TB WD and is almost full

I Went to Programs-->Accessories-->system tools-->BackUp and I got a message NTBackup Could not be found.
I did a search and I came up with nothing.
I searched a Windows XP disk I had for an Acer for NTBackup and came up with nothing.
I went to the widows CD Opened and clicked other options looking for NTBackup and found nothing.

SORRY SO LONG BUT I WANT YOU TO KNOW I HAVE TRIED DIFFERENT THINGS.
    Thanks inadvance!!!!
