   This is not a malware issue as you can see from the file rtl70.bpl error 126 thread with dennis48187. You needed to post in the Software Forum which is where I will move this thread to.

   If you have PC Power Suite, download rtl.bpl here
   http://www.maxfaq.com/index.php?_m=downloads&_a=viewdownload&downloaditemid=5&nav=0
   
   If you don't, possibly you installed Spyware Doctor as a trial and uninstalled it. Some sort of rtl.bpl error comes from that.
