   I am running windows 10, how can I change the default location of downloaded files? when I download rogue killer it doesn't give me a choice of where to download it. I need it on my desktop.

   You can simply move them to the desktop from wherever they are being downloaded to. But if you use Edge browser, this might be useful to you:
