   Hello,
   
   Getting ready to go through the "read and run me" steps, but my computer hangs in Normal mode. Is it fine to do all of the steps in Safe Mode or Safe Mode w/Networking? And should I do them from the default Administrator account (which isn't my regular user account, although my user account has admin rights)?

   Yes ....but some will not run in safe mode ...do what you can and attach the logs..
