Read me first in safe mode?

    will doing the actions in the read me first list while in safe mode not work? I cannot get my computer to stay functioning in normal mode for more than a few minutes...

    SUPERAntiSpyware cannot be installed in safe boot mode. The rest can be run in safe boot mode. It is just more effective finding things when run the way you normally boot your PC. Certain things only show themselves in normal boot mode...... just like your current problem with being able to run in normal boot mode which may or may not be due to malware.

    I'm pretty sure I have the google redirect issue. I keep seeing Trojan.win32/agent popping up on virus scans but I can't seem to do anything about it. When I boot up in normal mode it etiher freezes or works for a few minutes and then I get the blue screen of death. Is going through the read me steps what i should be doing or is this different like you suggested?
