Read me run me Logs

    Here are the logs from my PC. I think everthing is pretty good, however I occasionally here the hard drive working really hard for no apparent reason. I also get the "not responding" "end now" message when logging off or shutting down. Any suggestions would be great.

    Your logs are clean.

    If you haven't already, please disable the Guest account in User accounts.

    Run this: Disable/Remove Windows Messenger to remove Windows Messenger. Do not confuse Windows Messenger with MSN Messenger because they are not the same. Windows Messenger is a frequent cause of popups.

    Now download and install:
    Java Runtime

    What problems are you still having?

    I'm not having any major troubles. Start up is pretty slow. Just wanting to make sure there is nothing hiding in there.
