read temps on Geforce 4?

Does anyone know of a program that can read the temp from Geforce 4 TI's? A few years ago SANDRA used to display that info for me. But for some reason when sandra is installed on XP it can't seem to get that information although it displays it just fine in windows 98 (but I don't run windows 98 anymore). So I'm just wondering if someone knows of an app that can read the video card temp of the old Geforce 4's from windows XP.

I've tried a couple but I haven't found one that works with Geforce 4's from XP yet. Although i haven't looked too hard.
