Reading a MBAM Scan Result?

Can anyone tell me if this is this something I should be concerned with - please?

 

PUM,,means Potentially Unwanted Modification,,If you made the modification you can add it to the ignore list. If not then let Mbam remove it,,I don't think it should be "checked" in the box by default. If you didn't mdify anything ,,remove it then scan with Malwarebytes Full Scan in "Safe Mode"!!!!

 

Ok - great - I think I may have changed a HomePage in one of the browsers - I'll try to figure this out - thank you . . .
