when i go on the net insted of my web page i'm getting getsafetytoday.com which is trying to get me to buy security software.i've tried blocking the site but each time i log on there it is.how can i get rid of it for good?:confused

Chipper is right - that's what got me onto majorgeeks, I got a similar virus and I was ready to bin the computer it was that bad. Took a few hours to run through everything, but the spyware removal guide fixed it - I've since been telling everybody about how good majorgeeks is.

thanks all for your replys.
all is now well, i ended up downloading AVG free edition it found and got rid of 4 trojan horses.bit miffed with Norton though 'cause i'd ran their av/spyware program six times and it never found a thing.
