    Hi

What Windows version are you using?
Is your PC one from the likes of Dell,HP, Sony ect, if so what make and model is it, as this will help with any drivers we may need?
In Device Manager do you have any yellow ! marks by any devices, if so what?
Are you sure the audio cables are in the correct ports?
What is the make and model if your speakers?

    Hi

Sadly will need more information than what you posted, need to know the Dell Model Name/Version of PC you have, should be a sticker on it somewhere.

And in Device Manager do you have any yellow ! marks, to get to Device Manager just type in the Start Search box Device Manager and it will show in the list.

**just need to know the above info in case we need drivers, it sounds like your audio is working ok, but just not at 4.1, so double check with the manuals setup wiring guide to the speakers and make sure its exactly the same setup, manual HERE if you dont have it.

Check in Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound then Playback tab and highlight Speakers and click Configure, then try Quadraphonic or 5.1 options and test each of those for audio from all speakers.

Ther were no yellow marks in device manager.when i enter in to playback and check in 5.1 configuration(as there was no 4.1 config)
when i click the rear (left and right) there is no sound and when i click my front ones they
    gave sound.
It means my pc havent detected my rear ones and thanks for the manual.i have tried quadraphonic also but there is no change in the result

    Hi

What Model Dell is it you have?

In Control Panel or Program Files do you have a Realtek HD Audio Manager? if so open it up and check in the Speaker Configuration tab that you have Speaker Confuguration set as 5.1, under Optional Speakers the Center, Subwoofer and Rear Pair ticked, under Full Range Speakers, the Front left and right and the surround sound speakers ticked then the "Speaker fill" ticked

    Hi

Could do with you running the steps I posted in post number 2 for the everest log as it will allow me or others to know what hardware you have and what drivers may fix this.
